Resolve many catalog prices

Reprice a document: resolve up to 100 selections and compare each with the line's current_unit_price.

Persists nothing. - An unresolvable target is reported under targets.<n> instead of failing the batch. - date and channel (documents or web) apply to every target with the running promotions; client_id picks the price list as a document does (price_list_id wins, null = none). - Each price carries regular_unit_price, regular_source and promotion; its gross uses the item VAT and company regime (exact amount: taxes/calculate-totals).
