Factuarea APIDevelopers

List transport document issuance evidence

List the issuance evidence of a transport document in chronological order: versions issued or modified, manual closes (closed) and automatic closes (auto_closed), reopenings, cancellation, supersession, email deliveries with their recipients and public downloads with truncated IP (/24 IPv4, /48 IPv6) and user agent.

  • Public downloads are recorded once per hour for the same network and version (the user agent is stored but does not count as a different download), and only the first 100 are listed: meta.downloads_total is the number recorded and meta.downloads_listed how many are in data.
  • Each entry names its actor in actor_name (user, API key or MCP client, with the name it had then; null for automatic closes and public downloads) and occurred_at carries its UTC offset.
  • It is the proof of issuance of art. 7.1 of Orden FOM/2861/2012.
  • A draft returns 422.

Unsupported version → 400 unsupported_api_version; malformed → 400 parameter_invalid_format. The effective version is echoed in the Factuarea-Version response header. See the Versioning guide.

X-Active-Profile?string

Operate on behalf of a child company (gestoría master key): pass its public id (UUID v7) and the request runs against that child's data without changing the key's scope, tier or environment (omit to use the key's own company). Invalid UUID → 400 parameter_invalid_uuid; unknown or non-owned id → 404 profile_not_found. See the Acting on behalf guide.
