Complete product catalog and price-list coverage

The public API and MCP server now expose the complete catalog evolution surface.

Products distinguish product from service, use UNECE base units and keep quantities/stock at four decimals and conversion factors at six.
New REST subresources and thirteen MCP tools manage presentations, variants and supplier offers, including atomic preferred-offer selection.
A new Price Lists REST domain and its MCP counterpart manage customer/document pricing and effective-price resolution. At launch these tools were API-key only; v1.13.0 added OAuth consent.
Clients and sales/recurring documents carry price-list snapshots; existing_catalog_lines and future_lines_only make draft repricing explicit.
OpenAPI adds 18 schemas, five stable Pricing error codes and the price_lists:read / price_lists:write scopes. Price lists inherit the Products plan module.
