Employee batches and private seat offers
New durable operations for employee batches and company-specific employee or managed-company seat offers.

The public contract adds three families with six operations each: six for employee batches, six for employee-seat offer redemptions and six for managed-company seat offer redemptions. Each family provides list, prepare, read, refresh quote, confirm and cancel.
Preparing and refreshing do not purchase anything. Review a complete quote before confirming; keep the UUID and read the same operation after a pending response, timeout or authentication. Mutations require an Idempotency-Key; replays keep the original operation.
Employee batches accept up to 100 creations or specific reactivations. Offers are private to one paying company and product. Plan offers and administrator offer management remain application-only; REST and MCP expose only the seat owners, with employees:* or companies:* scopes. Real purchases are unavailable in sandbox.
The managed-company seat preview now declares why a zero amount applies: trial, coverage, Enterprise contract, an agreed free price or no immediate charge. An unknown reason never implies an Enterprise contract. Acquired conditions that cannot be preserved return 409; an unavailable preview returns 503. Creation and individual or batch activation keep those errors without creating or activating companies.
