Refunds and net amount of non-invoiced charges

9 October 2026 — Charges that a treatment rule leaves out of invoicing now show what happened to them after the charge, and they reach the accountant together with the invoices. See Non-invoiced charges for the full flow.

• Refunds and net amount — each non-invoiced charge returns refunded_amount (cumulative amount refunded by Stripe, succeeded and pending refunds, 0 if none), net_amount (amount minus refunded_amount, what the merchant keeps) and refunded_at (date of the latest refund, or null). The three amounts use the same format as amount. A pending refund that later fails or is canceled is subtracted again.
• Filter by date — the list of non-invoiced charges accepts occurred_from and occurred_to (YYYY-MM-DD, both included, by the date of the charge). A malformed date, or an occurred_to earlier than occurred_from, returns 422.
• In the quarterly package — the quarterly ZIP and the email to the accountant add cobros_sin_factura_Q{quarter}_{year}.csv with the charges of the quarter and the refunds made in it, with totals per currency. Each refund counts in the quarter it happens: when the charge belongs to an earlier quarter, it is a negative line that points to that charge. include_non_invoiced_charges (boolean, true by default) leaves the file out when false. A quarter with no invoices but with such charges produces a ZIP with only the CSV.
• Quarters to export — the list of available quarters also returns the quarters that only have non-invoiced charges or refunds of them, with invoice_count 0 and an empty breakdown.
• MCP tools — list_stripe_non_invoiced_charges returns the new fields and filters, quarterly_send_email accepts include_non_invoiced_charges, and get_available_quarters lists the quarters with only non-invoiced charges.

Integrations that do not send include_non_invoiced_charges receive the CSV whenever the quarter has non-invoiced charges.
