This company cannot create automations over a portfolio: either it has no accounting-practice module, or it is itself a company managed by another one, and the relationship is only one level deep.
What to do
Read «GET /v1/automations/catalog»: the «scopes» section states whether the portfolio scope is available and why it is not. If the module is missing, add it; if the company is managed by another one, create the automation from the managing company.
