Another column of the same project already has an equivalent name. The comparison uses the identifier derived from the name, so two names that differ only in case or punctuation still collide.
What to do
Send a different name for the column, or rename the existing one first with PUT /v1/projects/{project}/columns/{column}; GET /v1/projects/{project}/columns lists the names in use.
