Your account already has the maximum number of return domains it allows, and the new one was not saved. The cap is per account and counts every registered domain.
What to do
Remove a domain you no longer use with DELETE /v1/accounts/{account}/connected-accounts/return-domains/{return_domain} and add it again, or reuse one of the existing domains for your return_url.
