The return domain named in the path does not exist in your account, or belongs to another one: both answers are identical on purpose so the domains of other accounts are never revealed.
What to do
List the domains of your account with GET /v1/accounts/{account}/connected-accounts/return-domains and use the id it returns; if you had already removed it, there is nothing else to do.
