The invoice was sent to FACe but its outcome is unknown, so FACe may or may not have registered it.
What to do
Do not submit the invoice again. Read the attempt in details.attempt_id and request reconciliation; resubmit only if reconciliation confirms it was not registered.
Message returned by the API
The FACe transmission outcome cannot be confirmed. Check the attempt and request reconciliation; do not create another submission.
