Cause
This integration has no webhook secret of its own to rotate: GitHub integrations sign with the GitHub App secret, and rotation only exists for GitLab and Gitea integrations.
What to do
There is nothing to rotate on GitHub; if you suspect the App secret is compromised, tell the server administrator. On GitLab or Gitea, rotate the secret from that integration.
