The forge webhook delivery could not be authenticated: the signature does not match the integration secret, or the integration does not exist. No event was processed.
What to do
In the forge webhook configuration, check that the URL and the secret match the ones the integration shows; if you rotated the secret, update it on the forge too and redeliver the failed delivery.
