Cause
A field of the offer breaks one of its rules: the name, the text shown on the web, the dates, the time zone, the channels or the list of articles.
What to do
Correct the field at param and resend. The name is required (up to 120 characters), the web text is up to 60, dates use YYYY-MM-DD, the end cannot precede the start, and at least one channel (documents or web) and one article are needed.
