The tax ID of a party is not valid: a Spanish NIF, NIE or CIF with a wrong control character, or a foreign identifier outside 2 to 20 alphanumeric characters.

Cause
The tax ID of a party is not valid: a Spanish NIF, NIE or CIF with a wrong control character, or a foreign identifier outside 2 to 20 alphanumeric characters.
What to do
Correct the tax ID, or set its country in tax_id_country when the party is foreign (e.g. cabotage).
