One of the sections in `grants` cannot be granted: it is not an administrator-only section (a member already reaches it with normal permissions) or the company does not have it in its plan.

Cause
One of the sections in grants cannot be granted: it is not an administrator-only section (a member already reaches it with normal permissions) or the company does not have it in its plan.
What to do
Grant only administrator-only sections available to the tax ID (those flagged admin_only in the member's section catalog) that are not Administrator keys.
