Cause
The remission mode asks Factuarea to submit your records to AEAT on your behalf, and the company has no current representation — neither revoked nor expired — of the kind that mode needs (the signed Annex I for social_collaborator, the registered power of attorney for power_of_attorney).
What to do
Register or renew the representation (POST /v1/verifactu/representation: the signed Annex I for social collaboration, or the reference of the power of attorney; with valid_until if it expires) and then change the remission mode. If the one you had expired (active_representation_is_expired in GET /v1/verifactu/config), register a new one: the records blocked for that cause are reactivated when you register it.
