Cause
The file is not accepted as an attachment: it is empty, exceeds 10 MB, or its real type —detected from its content (magic bytes), not from the extension or the header— is not allowed. A surface other than description or comment is also rejected.
What to do
Upload a file of at most 10 MB and of an accepted type: png, jpeg, gif, webp, heic or avif images; pdf; docx, xlsx, pptx, odt or ods; txt, csv or md; or zip. Renaming the extension does not help: if the type is different, pack it into a zip.
