Cause
The document cannot be issued: it is not a draft, or it lacks mandatory data of art. 6 of Orden FOM/2861/2012 (parties, tax IDs, shipper address, shipments with origin, destination, goods and declared measure, tractor plate or transport date).
What to do
Complete every item listed in error.details.missing with PUT /v1/transport_documents/{id} and issue again. Closed vocabulary: shipper.name, shipper.tax_id, shipper.address (full shipper address), carrier.name, carrier.tax_id, vehicle.tractor_plate, transport_date, shipments (no shipment) and shipments.N.origin, shipments.N.destination, shipments.N.goods or shipments.N.measure, with N counting from 1 (the first shipment is shipments.1, unlike the validation param, which counts from 0).
