Every public API error code emitted by Employees, with its HTTP status, its type and a page per code.

employee_batch_forbidden | authorization_error | 403 | You no longer have permission for this operation. Check its status before starting another. |
employee_batch_idempotency_conflict | idempotency_error | 409 | This request belongs to different details. Review the operation before preparing a new batch. |
employee_batch_quote_changed | conflict_error | 409 | The conditions changed. Refresh the quote and accept the new amount. |
employee_batch_quote_expired | conflict_error | 409 | This quote expired. Refresh it and review the amount. |
employee_batch_quote_unavailable | service_unavailable_error | 503 | A reliable amount is unavailable. Retry without starting another payment. |
employee_batch_state_conflict | conflict_error | 409 | This action is no longer available. Check the current operation status. |
employee_inactive | invalid_request_error | 422 | The employee has been terminated: they are read-only and accept no new operations, such as clocking in, being assigned a schedule or an absence policy, having an absence that runs past their termination date approved, or being invited to the portal. Nothing was written. |
employee_not_found | not_found_error | 404 | The employee does not exist or is not accessible in this company. |
employee_seat_charge_failed | payment_required_error | 402 | The immediate pro-rated charge for the employee seat was declined: the card was refused, it needs authentication, or the payment provider was unreachable. The employee is not activated if the seat is not paid. |
employee_seat_mutation_outcome_unknown | conflict_error | 409 | A previous employee operation is still awaiting verification. Do not repeat the charge. |
employee_seat_operation_in_progress | conflict_error | 409 | A seat operation is in progress. Recover it before starting another. |
employee_seat_payment_method_required | payment_required_error | 402 | Adding or reactivating an employee charges a seat immediately, and the company operates in live mode with no payment method on file. |
employee_seat_phase_incompatible | conflict_error | 409 | The subscription has scheduled terms that this seat mutation cannot preserve. |
employee_seats_not_in_plan | authorization_error | 403 | The account's plan does not include time tracking (the control_horario module, by plan or by a manual grant), so employee seats cannot be bought. Nothing was charged and no change was written; lowering or keeping the contracted seats stays allowed. |
invalid_hire_date | invalid_request_error | 422 | The employee's hire date would fall after their termination date: either hire_date was changed to a date later than the recorded termination, or the employee was deactivated with a termination_date earlier than the hire date. The employee is left unchanged. |
